4. A parity committee must respect the following values in all its actions:(1) Equity: equity must serve as the basis of the interventions of the parity committee in order to ensure that the rights of the employees and employers are respected. It rests on the fair assessment of what is owed to each person;
(2) Integrity: a parity committee must act in an ethical, honest and transparent manner;
(3) Respect: the parity committee and its employees must adopt a respectful and non-discriminatory attitude towards every person.
